Tigers League
TIGERS LEAGUE is a recreational outdoor league for boys and girls ages 3 to 10. In recognition of the World Cup, teams will be named after countries that have qualified for the 2026 competition this summer in Canada, the U.S. and Mexico. These are small-sided games of 6 players (5 plus a goalkeeper), to encourage plenty of touches on the ball. Each team will have a maximum of 12 players. There will be limited coaching, and we invite parents to take part.
For U/4 and U/5, games include a short warm up and two 20-minute halves. For U/6 to U/10, games include a short warm up and U/6-7: 2×30min.
For 2026, U/4 children were born after January 1, 2022, U/5 in 2021, U/6 in 2020, U/7 in 2019, U/8 in 2018, U/9 in 2017, and U/10 in 2016.
SPRING 2026
ALTA VISTA, BARRHAVEN, FINDLAY CREEK, KANTA, MANOTICK, ORLEANSDay: Girls, Saturdays, starting April 18 to May 18
Day: Boys, Sundays, staring April 19 to May 17
Location: Fields to be confirmed shortly
Time: Games will be held between 11am to 1 pm
SUMMER 2026 (8 weeks plus tournament)
ALTA VISTA, BARRHAVEN, FINDLAY CREEK, KANTA, MANOTICK, ORLEANSDay: Girls, Saturdays, starting June 13 (no game Aug 1)
Day: Boys, Sundays, staring June 14 (no game Aug 2)
Location: Fields to be confirmed shortly
Time: Games will be held between 11am to 1 pm
The season will conclude with a small tournament on Saturday, Aug. 15. All proceeds from the Charity event will be donated to CHEO.
